Approval of adoption of the 2020 property tax rate for the City of Hawk Cove being 1.360249/$100 value with $0.292321/$100 for I&S (Interest and Sinking) and $1.067928/$100 for M&O (Maintenance and Operation).<br />

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed to the extent of conflict only.<br />

That if any section, provision, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or word in this ordinance or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid by any court or competent jurisdiction, such holdings shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City Council of the City of Hawk Cove, Texas, hereby declares it would have enacted such remaining portions, despite such invalidity.<br />
