The City of Hawk Cove, Texas hereby changes from a Type-B General Law Municipality to a Type-A General Law Municipality.<br />

==Section 2.==<br />
The officers serving in the municipality on the date of the change shall continue in office until their offices are superseded in conformity to the law applying to Type-A General Law Municipalities.<br />
<br />
==Section 3.== <br />
A copy of the Council proceeding whereby the City of Hawk Cove changes from Type-B to Type-A Municipality shall be filed and recorded in the office of the County Clerk in Hunt County, Texas.<br />

==Section 4.==<br />
This ordinance shall take effect immediately after its passage.<br />
